Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) who genuinely care about the work they do, love working with kids, and want to be part of a team that works hard, plays hard, and keeps growing.

The Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, every other Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM

Translation: You can work in ABA without your entire existence being swallowed by the therapy void. It is called BALANCE.

RBT Applicants

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Must successfully complete required background checks
• Must meet applicable BACB requirements

Behavior Technician Applicants

New to ABA? That doesn't automatically scare us.

Experience working with children is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right energy, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Applicants will need:

• Completed 40-hour RBT training
• Successful background check
• Ability to meet all additional BACB requirements for RBT certification
