What they need

Come Join the BeeHaven Health!

Are you an RBT who loves working with kids, believes in celebrating the little wins, and wants to make a real difference for families?

We’re looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Behavior Therapist to join the BeeHaven Health team in Aurora**,** Colorado!

At BeeHaven Health, we believe ABA is about more than working one-on-one with a child. It’s about supporting the whole family. You’ll work alongside an experienced BCBA to help children build meaningful skills, gain independence, and feel successful—while partnering with caregivers along the way.

We’re passionate about providing compassionate, individualized, high-quality care without losing sight of the fact that our clients are kids first. That means therapy can be purposeful, engaging, playful, and, yes, fun!

Whether you’re an experienced RBT or newer to the field, we want you to feel supported, valued, and excited to come to work.

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children in their homes, schools, and communities while receiving ongoing support from your supervising BCBA.

Your day may include:

  • Providing individualized ABA therapy designed around each client's unique strengths and needs
  • Teaching communication, social, play, academic, and daily living skills
  • Helping clients work toward meaningful goals and celebrating their progress along the way
  • Collecting accurate data during sessions so the clinical team can make informed decisions
  • Completing session notes and documentation accurately and on time
  • Providing services in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Partnering with caregivers and helping them feel confident supporting their child's progress
  • Collaborating with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the client's team
  • Creating a safe, positive, respectful, and fun environment for learning
  • Participating in training, supervision, and professional development
  • Traveling locally to client locations throughout the Aurora area
  • Protecting client privacy and following HIPAA and other applicable requirements

What We're Looking For

You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is kind, dependable, curious, and excited to learn.

Required:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to become certified
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Aurora area
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction from a BCBA
  • Commitment to client dignity, confidentiality, and ethical care
  • Ability to work comfortably in home, school, and community environments

We'd Love It If You Also Have:

  • Experience working with children or teens
  • Experience working with autistic or neurodivergent individuals
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Experience working in schools, homes, or community settings
  • A background in psychology, education, child development, special education, or a related field

Newer to ABA? That's okay! We value the right attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for helping kids and families.

Why BeeHaven Health?

We know great care starts with great people. That's why we're building a workplace where RBTs and BTs feel supported -not thrown into the deep end.

At BeeHaven Health, you'll have:

  • Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship
  • A family-centered approach to care
  • Compassionate and neurodiversity-affirming services
  • Paid training and ongoing professional development
  • Opportunities to grow your ABA career
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • A collaborative, supportive team
  • A culture that values ideas and continuous improvement
  • A commitment to quality over quantity
  • Mileage reimbursement between client locations, when applicable
  • Opportunities for BCBA fieldwork supervision, when applicable

Most importantly, you'll be joining a team that understands that the child isn't the only person receiving support - the family is part of the treatment team, too.

Schedule

We know life doesn't always fit neatly into a 9–5 schedule.

We offer flexible scheduling options based on client needs and your availability.

Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time: 10–25 hours per week

Services are provided in person in Aurora, Colorado and surrounding service areas.

A Few Things We Ask From You

Being an RBT or BT is incredibly rewarding, but it also requires reliability and professionalism.

We ask that you:

  • Show up consistently and on time for your clients
  • Communicate proactively when challenges arise
  • Be willing to learn and accept feedback
  • Treat clients and families with respect
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
  • Follow your BCBA's clinical direction
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Participate in required training and supervision
  • Bring patience, creativity, and a positive attitude to your work

If you're looking for a place where you can make a difference, grow your career, and actually feel like part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

At BeeHaven Health, we're not just working on behaviors - we're helping children build skills, helping parents feel more confident, and helping families find a little more ease in everyday life.
