Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Part-Time: 2 PM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children at various locations in Perth Amboy, NJ. This part-time position offers consistent afternoon hours (2 PM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday) and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to travel between all Perth Amboy locations.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive starting pay of $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience and certification.

• Do you have any other relevant certifications or training in behavioral health or education?
• Are you willing and able to travel between all Perth Amboy locations for work?
• Do you have reliable transportation to meet the travel requirements of this position?
• Are you comfortable working one-on-one with children in a structured environment?
• Do you have experience collecting data or writing session notes for behavior programs?
• Are you comfortable working with children who may display challenging behaviors?
• Are you able to pass a background check as required by state regulations?
• Do you have any conflicts or restrictions that would prevent you from starting this position within the next two weeks?
