Role Description

• Part-time
• On-site
• Location varies within north New Jersey depending on the case and employee location
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in-office (Summit, NJ), in-home, in-community, and in-school
• Implement behavior plans and collect data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of therapy strategies across settings
• Maintain accurate and updated client records
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and receive feedback from the behavior analyst
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each client

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience conducting ABA therapy (required)
• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)
• Passionate about working with children and creating a positive, supportive environment
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to therapy
• Reliable transportation for traveling to various client locations
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both in a team and independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
