Resilire Neuro is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to support individuals recovering from brain injuries and living with complex neurological conditions across our residential and outpatient rehabilitation programs.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role with meaningful time spent in residential homes, treatment programs, and community settings. You’ll observe clients in their everyday environments, develop individualized behavior supports, and work alongside staff to model strategies and coach them in real time.

What You’ll Do

• Complete functional behavior assessments through observation, interviews, and record reviews.
• Develop and refine individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans that promote emotional regulation, communication, independence, and participation.
• Provide regular on-site consultation, model interventions, and coach residential staff in practical support strategies.
• Educate staff, families, and guardians on behavioral interventions, positive supports, and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate behavior supports into each client’s rehabilitation.
• Use behavioral data and observations to evaluate progress, adjust interventions, and identify opportunities to prevent crises.
• Support crisis intervention and follow-up as appropriate, and complete timely clinical documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• A master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Current BCBA certification and Michigan licensure.
• At least one year of experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A practical, person-centered approach to assessment, intervention, and staff coaching.
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain one.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, with the ability to travel regularly between program locations.

Experience in brain injury rehabilitation, residential services, neurobehavioral treatment, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health is preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records is also helpful.
