Behavioral Analyst

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse settings, including home-based environments and educational settings, supporting clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Duties

• Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, as required for the applicable credential.
• Current BCBA certification preferred or required for positions involving independent BCBA-level responsibilities.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health needs.
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, data collection, and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Satisfactory completion of applicable background checks and credentialing requirements.

Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
