Part-Time (2–4 Days/Week) | Opportunity for Advancement into Program Leadership

Rebuilding is seeking a motivated, organized, and adaptable professional to join our team in a hybrid role supporting clinical operations, case management, admissions, and administrative functions.

We're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, work independently, build relationships with patients and staff, and take ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities that keep a behavioral health treatment program running effectively.

This position is designed for someone who is interested in growing into a leadership role over time, with the potential to advance into a Program Director position.

Key Responsibilities

Program Operations & Administration

• Support daily operations across our behavioral health programming.
• Coordinate admissions, patient onboarding, and intake documentation.
• Facilitate the completion of consent forms and required administrative paperwork.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support regulatory and documentation requirements.
• Assist program leadership with scheduling, staff coordination, and operational needs.

Case Management & Patient Coordination

• Assist patients with treatment-related needs and coordination of care.
• Communicate with referral sources, outside providers, and community resources.
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to address patient needs and remove barriers to treatment.

Leadership Development

• Work directly with program leadership to develop a comprehensive understanding of program operations.
• Assist with improving workflows, identifying operational challenges, and implementing solutions.
• Gradually assume additional responsibilities based on performance, experience, and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience in case management, admissions, program coordination, or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, patient documentation, and insurance processes is a plus.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is valued but not required.

A bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Schedule & Career Growth

This position will initially be part-time, approximately 2–4 days per week, with the potential for expanded responsibilities and hours as the program grows.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ability and desire to develop into a Program Director or comparable operational leadership position over time.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our existing leadership team, gain experience across multiple areas of behavioral health operations, and help shape the continued development of our programs.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
