Behavioral Health Technician

About Us
We are a licensed detox and residential treatment facility dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and healing environment for individuals in early recovery. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. We are currently hiring for both morning and swing shifts during the week.

What You'll Do

• Monitor clients and complete regular rounds to ensure a safe, supportive therapeutic environment
• Input and document client vitals accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation, applying therapeutic techniques to support clients' emotional well-being
• Support and co-facilitate therapeutic groups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment for clients
• Complete clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• RADT/SUDRC or higher credential (required)
• Current CPR certification prior to start date
• Negative TB test prior to start date
• Some Weekend availability
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and KIPU preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong communication skills and a calm, steady presence in high-stress situations
• A genuine desire to support clients through their recovery journey

Pay: From $18.57 per hour
