Behavioral Support Coach

Role: Field Readiness Coach supporting ABA clinicians working with children and young adults with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field observations, model best practices, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training for clinicians.
• Reinforce adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to identify and address skill gaps, promoting client success.
• Document clinician competencies and contribute to the continuous improvement of training resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of ABA therapy and clinical protocols.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Ability to model best practices and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience in training, onboarding, and supporting clinical staff.
• Commitment to quality improvement and client-centered care.
