Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver direct behavioral therapy to children with autism across various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Your dedication will help children develop essential skills while supporting their individual care plans through data collection, behavior management, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols based on each client’s care plan to promote skill development and behavior management.
• Assist children with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and feeding to foster independence.
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Support clients in educational settings by applying special education techniques and teaching strategies aligned with their needs.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients’ families and team members regarding progress and behavioral strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding medical records and sensitive client information.
• Participate in ongoing training on the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts to uphold ethical standards.

Requirements

• Valid RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification through approved training programs.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders, in clinical or home-based settings.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients’ daily routines effectively.
• Excellent client communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
