Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver behavioral & corporate training programs.
- Conduct training on communication, leadership, personality development and workplace skills.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps.
- Develop training content and learning interventions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive L&D and Organizational Development initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback.
