About The Role We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

In This Role, You Will

• Conduct behavioural support assessments
• Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
• Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions
• Provide support in home, community and school environments
• Work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs
• Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and other stakeholders
• Contribute to meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Proficient level or above)
• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar behavioural support role
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
• A calm, patient and solution-focused approach
• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families
