About the Role

KICK, a Christian charity dedicated to transforming young people’s lives through sport and support, is seeking a passionate and motivated Behaviour support worker to join our team in Stoke.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a school setting, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, improve their wellbeing, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to students, creating and reviewing tailored support plans
• Support improvements in attendance, behaviour, and academic achievement
• Build strong relationships with students, parents/carers, and school staff
• Support students with emotional and behavioural needs, including reintegration into school
• Attend multi-agency meetings and collaborate with external support services
• Support transition programmes

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a committed Christian, aligned with KICK’s mission:

• Has experience working with children or young people
• Is passionate, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Can engage, inspire, and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
