Bell Attendant | New 4-Star Hotel | Deira, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle, transport, and store guest luggage safely and efficiently.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information regarding hotel facilities and services.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, and other requests.
• Maintain a high standard of guest service throughout the guest journey.
• Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Assist with luggage storage, deliveries, and other guest-related duties.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel environment in a Bell Attendant, Bellman, Porter, Concierge, or similar position.
• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of handling guest luggage.
• UAE hotel experience is preferred.
