• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and managers as part of a team
• Ability to be attentive to guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to promote positive relations with hotel residents and patrons
• Ability to exercise good judgment with difficult guests
• Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Proficiency in handling luggage and operating bell carts
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and safety procedures
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
• Ability to maintain composure and provide quality service in high-pressure situations
