Bell Attendant

Be part of the guest journey from the very first welcome to the final farewell. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, and takes pride in delivering attentive service.

Location: Orchard Area

Hours: 44 hours, 5 days work week, Operational Shift

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly on arrival and departure

Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery

Escort guests to rooms and share hotel information

Support guest requests, directions, and transportation arrangements

Handle packages, messages, mail, and deliveries

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby and concierge areas

Support Front Office and Concierge operations during busy periods

Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, and special arrangements

Requirements

Experience in

hospitality, concierge, or guest service

is an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Service-oriented, positive, and professional

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Physically able to lift and transport luggage safely

Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

Basic spoken and written English
