Designation: Bellboy / Bell Attendant
Department: Front Office
Location: Banglore
Reporting To: Front Office Manager / Duty Manager

Job Summary

The Bellboy is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing basic guest support, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist guests with carrying and handling luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities and services.
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out as required.
• Handle guest luggage safely and maintain proper luggage records.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, and other local requirements.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, nearby attractions, restaurants, and local areas.
• Deliver messages, parcels, documents, and other items to guest rooms when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of the lobby, entrance, and luggage area.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.
• Freshers can be considered.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of English and the local language is preferred.
