Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive, professional attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms. Ensure a warm and professional welcome.
• Room Delivery: Deliver and retrieve guest requests and packages to and from rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
• Information Provision: Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Assist with transportation arrangements and provide directions as needed.
• Concierge Support: Assist with making reservations for dining, entertainment, and other activities. Handle guest inquiries and special requests.
• Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings. Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping: Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues in guest rooms or public areas to the relevant departments.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with front desk staff, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
