Bell Boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and energetic Bell Boy to assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide prompt, friendly service to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
• Deliver guest requests, messages, and packages promptly.
• Assist guests with transportation and local information when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Coordinate with the Front Office to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining hotel standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to handle luggage and work flexible shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
