Job Description Bellboy Always lending a helping hand with a smile. As a Bellboy, your passion for the property and your respect for our guests' belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Ensure timely and courteous delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property
• Personalize guests' room orientation in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner, highlighting key amenities and services
• Maintain a welcoming presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to all guests
• Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries about the property and surrounding area
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely service delivery
• Handle and store guest luggage safely and securely, maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the brand with pride and integrity

Qualifications Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential
