ให้การต้อนรับแขกเมื่อเดินทางมาถึงโรงแรมด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมิตร
ช่วยขนย้ายและยกกระเป๋าเดินทางของแขกจากรถไปยังล็อบบี้และห้องพัก
นำแขกไปยังห้องพัก พร้อมแนะนำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ภายในห้อง
ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับบริการของโรงแรม เช่น ห้องอาหาร สระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส และสถานที่ให้บริการต่าง ๆ
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และมีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สุภาพ และมีความอดทน
- สามารถยกและเคลื่อนย้ายสัมภาระได้อย่างถูกวิธีและปลอดภัย
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันหยุดและวันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานโรงแรมหรืองานบริการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
