Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation.
- Deliver luggage, messages, and guest requests promptly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and luggage area.
- Handle guest concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Service-minded, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
