Bellboy

Position Summary The Bell Boy is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions, and ensuring a welcoming arrival experience. This role supports front office operations and enhances guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide brief information about facilities.
• Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation or providing directions.
• Deliver messages, packages, or amenities to guest rooms as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and entrance areas.
• Support reception in guest service-related tasks when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Skills: Friendly demeanor, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of hotel operations and guest service etiquette
