Bellboy

Antarvanam Resort & Farms is looking for a polite, hardworking, and guest-focused Bellboy to join our hospitality team. The candidate will assist guests with luggage, room orientation, and other guest service requirements to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and resort amenities.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Assist guests with directions to the restaurant, swimming pool, parking area, and other resort facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception entrance and luggage area.
• Handle guest belongings carefully and report lost-and-found items to management.
• Report maintenance issues, guest complaints, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow resort grooming standards, duty schedules, and operational procedures.
• Perform other guest service duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly attitude and willingness to assist guests.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling guest luggage.
• Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
• Basic knowledge of Kannada and English preferred.
• Previous hotel or resort experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
