We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Bell Boy to join our Front Office team and serve as the welcoming face of our hotel. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the lobby entrance.
• Luggage Handling: Securely transport, load, and deliver guest luggage to and from vehicles, guest rooms, and designated storage areas.
• Room Orientation: Escort guests to their rooms and clearly explain hotel room facilities and features.
• Concierge Support: Assist guests with calling taxis, arranging local transportation, and providing basic directions or recommendations.
• Lobby Upkeep: Keep the main entrance, lobby area, and luggage storage clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Errands & Deliveries: Safely deliver messages, packages, and requested guest amenities directly to rooms.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Desk and Security teams to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bell Boy or in a guest-facing hospitality role, preferably within a 3-star or similar hotel.
• Language Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, or Hindi is a strong plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts, and physically fit to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Appearance: Excellent personal grooming, professional appearance, and a warm, positive demeanor.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Location: Candidates must currently be in the UAE and ready for immediate deployment.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
