• Welcomed guests and provided professional arrival, stayover and departure assistance.
• Handled guest luggage with care and maintained accurate luggage records.
• Escorted guests to the private check-in counter and their residences, providing room orientations and property information.
• Assisted guests with valet parking, transportation arrangements, parking validation, and local recommendations.
• Coordinated closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintaining the presentation and service standards of the private check-in area.
• Ensured exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalised and attentive service.
• Managed guest review requests to enhance online reputation and guest satisfaction.
