Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
Assist guests to their assigned rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities, services, and room amenities.
Assist departing guests with their luggage and transportation arrangements.
Ensure luggage is properly handled, tagged, stored, and delivered to the appropriate location.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Assist guests with directions, hotel information, and nearby establishments or attractions.
Provide assistance with special guest requests whenever necessary.
Maintain a helpful, approachable, and professional attitude at all times.
Assist in arranging taxis, hotel vehicles, or other transportation services for guests.
Coordinate with drivers and relevant hotel departments regarding guest transportation.
Ensure guests are assisted safely when entering or leaving vehicles.
