Job Description: Ensure the handling, transport, and storage of guests' luggage, the parking of their vehicles, and contribute to a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure, in accordance with Sofitel standards. Main Responsibilities: Participate in training on reception and luggage handling standards. Familiarize yourself with the hotel layout (rooms, floors, elevators, guest flow). Greet guests upon arrival and take charge of their luggage/vehicles. Ensure parking and prompt return of vehicles. Maintain smooth traffic flow in front of the hotel. Escort guests to their rooms and present the amenities. Ensure the transport of luggage upon departure. Manage temporary luggage storage (luggage storage) securely. Distribute mail and messages to rooms as needed. Assist the concierge during peak periods. Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the lobby and luggage storage area.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma preferred; hotel training appreciated. Experience in luxury hotels appreciated. Valid driver's license required, several years of driving experience required. Good knowledge of French and Arabic; basic English preferred.
