Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival. Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries. Maintain a visible and welcoming presence in the lobby at all times. Assist with parking and retrieving guests vehicles when required. Ensure the lobby, entrance, and guest areas are clean and presentable. Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest service. Handle guest belongings with care and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrate a professional Yes I Can attitude and consistently deliver 5-star service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance. Ability to provide a high level of personalized guest service. Good knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions is an advantage. Ability to handle guest luggage safely and carefully. Good teamwork and coordination skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude with a strong Yes I Can approach to guest service.
