Bellman

As a Bellman at FCSR you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience. You'll contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, making a lasting impression on our guests

Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

· Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.

· Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms, storage areas, and vehicles.

· Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel features and amenities.

· Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.

· Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including luggage carts and equipment.

· Follow all hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Neat and professional appearance.

· Knowledge of the local area and attractions.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php650.00 - Php680.00 per day
