- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Handle, transport, and safely store guests’ luggage.
- Assist guest to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests with transportation, taxi, and airport transfer arrangements.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to address guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and bell desk area.
- Assist with guest parking and vehicle coordination when required.
- Ensure a professional appearance and consistently deliver courteous and personalized guest service.
