Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the hotel.

Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.

Deliver luggage, messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.

Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and hotel vehicles.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures when required.

Maintain an organized and clean luggage storage area and bell desk.

Handle guest luggage carefully and ensure it is properly tagged and secured.

Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments.

Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles at the hotel entrance.

Monitor and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel lobby and entrance area.

Report lost and found items and any guest or property concerns to the appropriate department.

Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards.

Provide courteous and professional service at all times.

Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, or supervisor.
