Location: Bertam Resort & Water Park, Penang
Department: Front Office

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Bellman to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service and ensuring a warm, professional arrival and departure experience in line with 5-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, delivery, and storage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with guest transportation arrangements and directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide assistance when required.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain professional grooming and service standards in line with Marriott brand expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
