Tivoli Lodge is a family-owned boutique hotel located in the heart of Vail Village. We are dedicated to providing genuine hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Bellman who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service.

As a Bellman, you will often be the first person guests meet upon arriving at the lodge. Your positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to assist wherever needed will help create a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment guests arrive until the moment they depart.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage to and from their rooms.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Open doors and assist guests as they enter and leave the lodge.
• Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Assist guests with transportation, luggage storage, ski equipment, bicycles, and other personal belongings.
• Deliver guest requests and amenities to rooms promptly and professionally.
• Assist the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments whenever additional help is needed.
• Help keep the lobby, entrance, valet area, and luggage storage areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Be attentive to guests throughout the property, offering assistance before they have to ask.
• Create a positive first and last impression by providing outstanding hospitality during every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
