Join our Front Office team and be the first impression of our hotel. As a Bellman, you will provide warm hospitality to guests by assisting with luggage handling, guest transportation, and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Escort guests to rooms and introduce hotel facilities
• Handle, store, and retrieve guest luggage safely and accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the luggage room
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Drive the hotel shuttle for guest transportation when required
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and well-maintained
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage
• Valid driving license (required)
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Hotel experience is an added advantage
