Bellman

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, and delivering luggage to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, services, and room features.
• Assist with guest transportation arrangements, including calling taxis and coordinating pick-up services.
• Deliver guest items, parcels, and other requested amenities to guest rooms promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and other Front Office operations when required.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Handle guest belongings carefully and follow hotel security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Bellman, Bellboy, or in a hotel guest service role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry guest luggage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and responsible.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
