Bellman/Concierge

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Deliver luggage, messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, and directions.
• Respond to guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage areas.
• Handle guest belongings carefully and follow hotel security procedures.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest requests professionally.
• Assist with special events, VIP arrivals, and other guest-service duties as needed.
