Bellman/Driver

Responsibilities

• Attend to client's need, concern and inquiry in accordance with the hotel standard
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangement or unique needs
• Assist guest with their belongings upon arrival and departure
• Provide information to guest (rooms, function rooms, etc)
• Provide service beyond Job Scope with accordance to the hotel standard
• Ensure that the guests arrived safely at their exact location and time
• Ensure that the guests are pick up at the exact location and time
• Ensure that hotel vehicle are kept clean and well maintained

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT

• At least high school graduate
• At least 1 year experience in the same field
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Skills:
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle luggage properly
• Familiarity with Batangas, Manila, and nearby areas
• No record of traffic violations is an advantage
• With professional driver's license
