Bellman/Parking Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with carrying and transporting luggage.
• Assistguests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities and services.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, and other requests.
• Deliver guest luggage, messages, and other items to assigned rooms.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and local establishments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage area.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and other hotel departments to address guest needs.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel grooming standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level/graduate.

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Well-groomed, courteous, and professional.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
