Belt Technician

We are currently seeking strong and experienced Belt Technicians for an ongoing roster across WA mine site. This role requires someone with experience maintaining conveyor systems within mining, processing, manufacturing, or bulk materials handling environments

What are the details?

• Ongoing work -8:6 7:7
• Sites : Various WA mine sites
• FIFO
• 12 hours
• FIFO from Perth Only!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine conveyor inspections and identify defects, hazards, and improvement opportunities.
• Inspect, replace, and maintain conveyor rollers, idlers, belts, and associated components.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Execute housekeeping and cleaning activities to maintain safe and efficient work areas.
• Identify, report, and rectify equipment defects in accordance with site procedures.
• Support asset management programs through accurate maintenance reporting and equipment history updates.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using the site's maintenance management system.
• Participate in shutdowns, breakdown repairs, and planned maintenance activities.
• Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to maximise equipment availability and reliability.
