BEMS Project Engineer (Southwest)

What You’ll Need

• BEMS engineering and commissioning experience.
• Primary technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium and Schneider EcoStruxure, as well as other legacy systems.
• Experience of BEMS control strategy design.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

• A full driving license.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the projects team with commissioning BEMS projects. Ranging from controller upgrades to multi-MCC complex new installations.
• Commissioning Schneider, DISTECH and TREND BEMS – all the way through to completion. This includes hardwired I-O and HLI to equipment via Modbus, LON, and BACnet etc.
• Creating software from Des-Ops and I-O schedules, provided by your project manager.
• Completing commissioning sheets and commissioning BEMS headend graphics (Enterprise Server, N4 and IQVISION).
• Witnessing and demonstrating commissioned work to key stakeholders.
• Coordinating our installation teams and associated trades.
• Carrying out minor modifications to MCCs.
• Supervising sub-contractors
• Surveying sites to assist sales team with quotations.
• Delivering exceptional service, with customer satisfaction a top priority.
• Participating in regular training courses to develop your knowledge and stay up to date with industry developments.
