Baylham Joinery is a well-established bespoke joinery workshop producing high-quality windows, doors, staircases, oak frames , cabinetry and more. We focus on proper craftsmanship and varied bespoke work, not repetitive production-line joinery.

We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our small, skilled workshop team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manufacturing bespoke joinery from technical drawings
• Machining, assembling and finishing high-quality products
• Working with a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Producing work to a high standard from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Solid bench joinery experience
• Staircase manufacturing/joinery experience desirable
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• NVQ Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery (preferred but not essential)
• Driving licence desirable but not essential.
