  • Assemble cabinets, counters, bar units, wall panelling, shelving, and bespoke joinery components.
  • Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently, including panel saws, spindle moulders, and other workshop machinery.
  • Work with a variety of materials including MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, solid timber, and decorative finishes.
  • Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production deadlines and maintain the highest quality standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Cabinet Maker, Furniture Maker, or Bespoke Joiner.
  • Strong experience manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Excellent knowledge of cabinet construction and joinery techniques.
  • Competent using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing first-class workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience manufacturing bespoke bars or hospitality interiors.
  • Experience producing joinery for pubs, restaurants, hotels, or commercial fit-outs.
  • Veneering, laminate application, and solid surface fabrication experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys producing high-quality bespoke joinery. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, quality-focused, and keen to contribute to a growing business with an excellent reputation for craftsmanship.
