Bench Redeployment Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to own bench redeployment tracking and reporting. You will match available bench talent to open demands, keep stakeholders accountable for timely feedback, and give senior management a clear, accurate view of the bench.

Key responsibilities

• Map bench talent to open demands across business units and recommend best-fit profiles
• Prepare and submit bench resumes to Delivery and Talent Acquisition, and track each submission through to outcome
• Follow up with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely feedback, and escalate delays
• Maintain the bench tracker in Excel as the single source of truth, updated daily and validated before every review
• Prepare weekly bench reports and dashboards for senior management, covering bench size, ageing, submissions, interviews, and redeployments
• Flag data gaps, risks, and trends early, and answer ad hoc bench queries the same day
• Coordinate bench calls and candidate engagement

Requirements

• 2 or more years in IT services or IT recruitment, ideally in resource management, bench management, or talent coordination
• Intermediate to advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, and formula-driven reports
• Experience preparing management-level reports with accurate, reconciled data
• Good understanding of IT skills, roles, and tech stacks, enough to match profiles to demands
• Strong written and spoken English, and comfortable following up with senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and a habit of checking numbers before sharing them

Good to have

• Basic Power BI or dashboarding experience
• Experience working with global teams across time zones
