Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent from various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. to fill open positions on the client's W2 payroll.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating with clients about availability dates, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to candidate placement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in bench sales or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
