Role & responsibilities

• Experience in US IT Bench Sales / IT Staffing.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
• Good knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
• Experience working with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, and email marketing.
• Ability to work with targets and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
