We are hiring experienced Bench Sales Recruiters for our fully remote team.

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Fully Remote

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Who We Are Looking For:

We are specifically looking for North Indian candidates with strong communication skills and solid experience in US IT Bench Sales.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales

• Strong English communication skills

• Good understanding of the US IT staffing market

• Experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD and USC candidates

• Strong knowledge of job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster and CareerBuilder

• Experience working with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners and direct clients

• Strong negotiation, follow-up and vendor management skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve daily/weekly targets

• Must be comfortable working in the US shift
