• Benchling Subject Matter Expert (SME) bridges the gap between RD science and software| translating complex research workflows into scalable| configured digital solutions.
• They configure the platform| train users| and optimize data models to support digital transformation in life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Configuration Tailor Benchling modules (Registry| Notebook| Workflows| and Inventory) to match specific research and animal study workflows.
• Workflow Translation Gather business requirements from scientists and map them into user stories| process flows| and acceptance criteria.
• System Integration Assist with API-driven integrations| data model definitions| and data migration.
• Testing Adoption Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)| document system defects| and drive user adoption across the organization.
• Subject Matter Expertise Serve as the primary point of contact for Benchling best practices| experimental data standards| and FAIR data principles.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Education Degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology| Biochemistry| Biotechnology| or Biological Engineering).
