What they need
Operate and set up bending machines.
Read engineering drawings and work instructions.
Supervise operators and helpers.
Monitor production targets and quality standards.
Perform dimension checks using measuring tools.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Maintain machine upkeep, safety, and 5S practices.
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
5-8 years of sheet metal fabrication experience.
Knowledge of CNC/NC Press Brake operations and drawing reading.
Skills: Leadership, troubleshooting, quality focus, communication, and team management.
Preferred Experience: Elevator doors, car panels, landing doors, frames, COP/LOP panels, and
structural brackets
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
