The Benefactor Program is a concierge program designed to steward our highest-level donors to Hoag. • The Benefactor Program Liaison is responsible for meeting with the Benefactor and/or their immediate family members/friends and spend time sitting with them, talking to, and assisting them and their family members with any concierge-type needs or requests. Will meet Benefactors for scheduled appointments and surgeries and act as liaison for the Benefactor and/or their family for the duration of their appointment or surgery at Hoag. Will act as liaison for the Benefactor and/or family members to hospital staff in the ECU and other departments/units of the hospital.
